Before joining Bernstein & Pinchuk, LLP, Mr. Yen was the founder of ACCellence, LLP, where he provided accounting and tax services to small- to-mid-sized local and international businesses and their owners. In operation from 2006, ACCellence, LLP worked with Los Angeles-area clients with close ties to Greater China. He has served as the Chief Financial Officer for a NYSE-listed company and held the position of director at a NASDAQ-listed organization; as a result of the expertise gained at these positions, Mr. Yen presently serves as an ‘external CFO’ for a number of long-term clients who look to him for business or financial advice. Additionally, he provides financial consulting services to various U.S. public companies. Early in his career, he worked as a senior tax manager at several large regional and national public accounting firms.
Mr. Yen attended the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign and received a Master of Accounting Science degree in 1994. He is licensed in California and is a member of the California Society of CPAs.
