BERNSTEIN & PINCHUK LLP OPENS BRANCH OFFICE IN CHINA

(New York, NY | January 1, 2008) — Bernstein & Pinchuk LLP (B&P) is pleased to announce the opening of our branch office in Beijing, China. The Beijing office will facilitate our firm’s ability to offer a high degree of timely, cost efficient, professional accounting and financial services to companies doing business in China.

With a staff of 10 (and growing) experienced accounting professionals, B&P combines local knowledge of Chinese cultural and business procedures with our expertise in the many financial reporting requirements associated with the US and international capital markets. B&P focuses on providing high-quality services to small to mid-sized public companies in the US, China, Europe and Africa.

Our developing network of professionals, investment bankers, and other financial resources has greatly expanded our capability to supply the necessary assets, including bi-lingual staff, to our clients either considering or those currently doing business in China.
