Bernstein & Pinchuk LLP Kicks Off 2011 with Marcum Merger

We are very pleased to announce that effective January 1st, Bernstein & Pinchuk LLP’s China practice officially merged with Marcum LLP’s China practice to form Marcum Bernstein & Pinchuk LLP. We also wanted to also advise you that effective December 15th, Bernstein & Pinchuk LLP officially withdrew its independent membership with the BDO Seidman Alliance.
Bernstein & Pinchuk’s merger with Marcum is a marriage of credibility, expertise and resources unparalleled in China, outside of the Big Four. The combined Firm will be the only PCAOB-reviewed middle-market accounting firm with significant on-the-ground resources in China. As a result of the merger, the added capabilities and resources will ensure our clients will receive an even greater level of client service and support.
