BERNSTEIN & PINCHUK LLP JOINS THE BDO SEIDMAN ALLIANCE

In the past several years, B&P’s international business has been increasingly focused on the Chinese market, serving Chinese companies that are publicly traded or are in the process of becoming publicly traded in the U.S. regulated stock exchanges. B&P’s focus on China has led to the opening of offices in Beijing and Guangzhou to better serve expanding client needs. Currently we employ approximately 30 highly experienced Chinese accounting professionals based in China. All our personnel are bilingual and most have prior work experiences with Big Four accounting firms. Our staff provides expertise in the many financial reporting requirements associated with the U.S. and international capital markets. Our knowledge and insights into the Chinese cultural and business procedures help to serve our clients efficiently and effectively in all areas of audit, finance, tax and consulting.
